Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Service scope

Deliverables, timing, fees, access and support scope are defined in the confirmed quotation, email or project statement. Website prices are reference starting points and are not fixed quotations for every project.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide lawfully controlled domains, hosting, platforms, content and access, and respond to requirement and testing requests. Clients should retain their own business data and necessary records.

Backups and third-party services

Backups are created or reviewed according to the confirmed scope. Availability of third-party hosting, payment, shipping, email, platforms and APIs remains subject to those providers and their terms.

Changes and cancellation

Work outside the agreed scope requires a revised fee and timeline. Cancellation and handover for monthly services follow the confirmed plan.

Payment and third-party costs

Payment milestones, refund conditions and taxes follow the confirmed quotation or agreement. Domain, hosting, server, premium extension, platform subscription and third-party API costs are normally paid by the client unless stated otherwise.

Acceptance and issue reporting

Clients should review deliverables and report issues within the agreed period. New requests, third-party platform changes and matters outside the original scope are assessed as additional maintenance or development work.

Limitation of responsibility

We apply reasonable technical measures within the agreed scope, but cannot guarantee third-party platforms, networks, search rankings, commercial results or complete prevention of every attack. Important business systems should maintain independent backups and a recovery plan.
